We had the amniocentesis done today, and the results showed that Brody's lungs are not mature. Therefore, he will not be delivered tomorrow. We are disappointed to have to wait longer to meet him, but we don't want him to be here before he is ready. If the results mean anything to you, they said his score was 22 and it has to be 55 to show that the lungs are mature. The nurse said that it usually goes up 3-7 points per day. So hopefully, Brody will be ready in around a week. We will just wait to see. We look forward to meeting him soon!

I just knew we would be welcoming Brody today! Sad! Like you said though, best to let the little guy be ready. We are so looking forward to meeting him soon too!
